    • Żurek staropolski, that is - Old Polish soup made from fermented rye flour
       
  • Main courses:
    • Lamb in the herbal gravy, decorated with the Hanka hałuski – thick, soft noodles made from eggs and potatoes
    • Delicate slices of smoked pork loin in creamy Gorgonzola gravy
